Budget availability is the amount left to spend against a GL Code (general ledger code, the accounting category a purchase is charged to) for the current period. Inn-Flow Procurement shows this in three places:
View budget-versus-actuals in the Dashboard.
See real-time GL Code budgets in your cart as you add items.
Review available budgets using the GL Code widget on the Home Page.
