Connect your existing vendor accounts so you can shop their catalogs and contracted pricing directly inside Inn-Flow Procurement. A connected vendor is a supplier whose account you have linked, once linked, Inn-Flow Procurement securely syncs that vendor's product catalog and your negotiated pricing so you never have to leave the platform to place an order.
Navigate to the Connected Vendors section.
Select the vendor you want to link (for example, HD Supply, Sysco, or Guest Supply).
Enter your existing login credentials for that vendor.
Save to confirm the connection.
Your credentials are used only to sync catalogs and contracted pricing. Once connected, your negotiated rates carry over automatically. |
