The Payroll Processor page is where you customize who receives the payroll export files and how each file is formatted. It has two tabs:
Payroll Export Recipient – sets who receives the export and which format is used per property.
Payroll Export Code Mapping – customizes the codes, descriptions, and columns in the export file.
Payroll Export Recipient
The Payroll Export Recipient tab lists each property that uses Labor Management, identified by its EHID.
The Email column is who should receive the payroll file when it is exported. Add additional recipients by separating each address with a comma.
The Company Code, if you use a third-party payroll processor, is that processor's specific payroll code for each location.
The Payroll Export Format column sets the file layout. Depending on your payroll processor, select the matching option from the dropdown menu.
The Inn-Flow format is fixed and cannot be edited. Use it if you are using Inn-Flow's payroll services, or if you have another third-party processor that accepts this format.

Payroll Export Code Mapping
Payroll exports are customized on the Payroll Export Code Mapping tab. Start by selecting the Export Format you want to edit from the top dropdown menu.
The Inn-Flow Code column shows the codes that appear in the Payroll section when adding additional pay amounts.
The Description and Export Code can be edited by clicking the relevant field. The Export Code is what appears as the column header in the actual payroll export file.
You can also customize which columns appear during the payroll export process. For example, if you do not use Loan Repayment or Meal Allowances, unselect their check boxes on the right so they do not appear during export.
At the bottom of this tab are the rows for Regular, Overtime, and similar columns. These are hard-coded and cannot be edited, except for the Export Code name. For example, if your payroll processor requires this column to read "Regular" instead of "Reg," you can edit that text here.
