The Smile iD page is where you view all Smile iD photos captured when employees punch in and out. Smile iD is Inn-Flow's facial-recognition check that confirms the person punching is who they say they are.
Filter the punches you review
You can change the time frame of punches to view, and choose whether to see Pass, Fail, Pending, or All pictures. By default, the page shows all Pending punches.

Review a punch
Select a specific punch to see the picture, date, time, and % match. Then confirm whether it was really the employee by selecting No or Yes. Selecting No marks the punch as a Failure; selecting Yes marks it as a Pass.
