The Smile iD Failures card on the Labor Overview page shows how many potentially false time-clock punches you have to review. A Smile iD Failure occurs when a facial-recognition punch does not meet the set match threshold. Reviewing these punches lets you confirm whether each was a genuine punch or a case of buddy punching (one employee clocking in for another).
Review a Smile iD Failure
Open the Smile iD page from the Smile iD Failures card on Labor Overview.
Select a specific punch to see the captured picture, date, time, and % match.
Confirm whether the punch belongs to the employee. Select Yes to mark it a Pass, or No to mark it a Failure.
To find a particular employee's punches, use the Search field on the Smile iD page.
