These instructions walk you through setting up division codes for your hotels in Inn-Flow. Netchex is the payroll platform that Inn-Flow integrates with, and a division code is a short identifier – unique to each hotel – that is included in your payroll export files (the labor data Inn-Flow sends to Netchex). Setting the code correctly ensures each property's hours map to the right entity in Netchex.
Set the Division Code for a Hotel
Log in to Inn-Flow.
From the main menu, open the Administration section.
Click Entities. A list of your hotels appears.
Click the hotel/entity you want to update.
Open the Subscriptions tab within the hotel settings.
Locate the Labor section and click the accordion to expand it.
Find the Division Code field and enter your code. The code can be any 3-character alphanumeric value – for example, A12, ABC, or 001.
No manual save is required. Inn-Flow saves the division code automatically once you tab out of the field, and a confirmation appears at the bottom of the screen. |
Verify for Payroll Export
The division codes you entered are now included in your payroll export files, ensuring correct mapping with Netchex. Repeat this process for any additional hotels that need a division code in Inn-Flow.
