Each hotel or property in Inn-Flow must be matched to a corresponding company in Netchex using the Company ID. The Company ID is the identifier Netchex assigns to a property. Matching it correctly ensures users and time data route to the right property during sync.
If the Company ID entered in Inn-Flow does not match the value in Netchex, user sync and payroll exports will fail. |
Match the Company ID
In Inn-Flow, navigate to Administration, then Entities.
Select the hotel.
Click into the Subscriptions tab.
Expand the Labor Management subscription.
Locate the Company ID field.
Enter the exact Company Code from Netchex for that property.
