Paylocity is unique in requiring you to map each Inn-Flow position (for example, Banquet/Catering Manager or Executive Housekeeper) to the corresponding job code ID in Paylocity. You do this on the Payroll Position Mapping tab of the Departments & Positions page.
Before you start, you will need a list of Job Codes from Paylocity. If you are not the admin of your Paylocity system, request the Job Codes from a colleague who has the appropriate permissions.
Then go through each position in Inn-Flow and make sure the Payroll Company Position matches the corresponding Paylocity Job Code ID. This ensures employees are mapped to the correct Paylocity position when their hours are imported.
