For employees who move between properties – such as a Director of Sales or a shared Chief Engineer – you can allow them to punch in and out from any computer using the Punch from Anywhere setting. Once it is enabled, they punch in and out from their own profile rather than a fixed time clock.
1. Enable the Punch from Anywhere role permission under Time Clock Settings.
2. The employee opens the Profile Navigation slide-out at the bottom-left corner of the Inn-Flow screen and selects Punch In (or Punch Out if already punched in).
