Logging In and Home Page Navigation

Logging In

  1. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.

  2. To log in, go to www.inn-flow.net.

  3. Your username is your firstname.lastname, NOT your email address. Your username was emailed to you by the site when you were first set up in Inn-Flow.

Note: Some users have a number after their last name, which should be included when logging in. Ex: John.Smith1

The Left Navigation

The left side of the page is how you access the Home page, the Dashboard, and any modules you currently subscribe to. You can open and close the navigation at any time using the arrow on the top left of the page.

The Dashboard provides a snapshot of your hotels' performance.

Not all modules have been transitioned over yet, so selecting Inventory Management or Sales opens a new window to take you to that module if you use it.

Also on the left side is the Administration menu, marked by the gear icon. Within the Administration menu you can visit Roles and Permissions, Users, Entities (an entity is a single hotel or property set up in Inn-Flow), Vendors, and Chart of Accounts.

You can access the Inn-Flow Knowledge Base by selecting the question mark icon on the bottom left.

Additional options related to your profile are also available. By selecting your username, you can log out, change your password, and view your profile, timesheet, schedule, and PTO history.

The Home Page Center and Right

The middle of the home page is where communication about future enhancements, webinars, alerts, and other important topics appears. You can dismiss these messages and access any previous messages using the Archive button at the top.

On the right side are any outstanding tasks that require attention. You can click any of these items to go directly to that page.

Support and Knowledge Base Access

Live Chat Support is available on all pages. Start a chat with our Support Team by selecting Ask Support.

You can also search the Inn-Flow Knowledge Base using the search icon, or open articles directly using the module buttons. Drill into a module to read additional articles, use the expander icon to expand and retract them, and close the window using the X icon.
