If you drill down into a report and nothing happens, your browser is most likely blocking pop-ups. Inn-Flow opens report details in a pop-up window, so you need to allow pop-ups in three places: the main Inn-Flow site after you log in, the Reports tab, and inside an open report. The steps below are for Google Chrome.
Allow Pop-ups in Google Chrome
1. Click the site information icon (the lock, tune, or sliders icon) to the left of the Inn-Flow URL in the address bar.
2. Click Site settings at the bottom of the menu.
3. Scroll to the Pop-ups and redirects section and change the dropdown to Allow.
4. Close that tab, return to the main Inn-Flow tab, and click Reload at the top.
Repeat these four steps in all three locations so pop-ups are allowed everywhere report details open:
• The main Inn-Flow site, right after you log in
• The Reports tab
• Inside an open report – run any report first, then adjust the setting
