Using Google Chrome as your browser, navigate to www.inn-flow.net and enter your Username and Password. If you're unsure of your password, select the Forgot your password? link and follow the steps below.
Your username is not your email address. Entering the incorrect username here will prevent you from receiving a reset passcode. Please verify your username with your Inn-Flow Administrator or manager.
A message window will pop up stating an email has been sent to the email address/mobile number on file with the next step instructions.
Open the message as you will find a one-time passcode to use with a link to complete the reset process. The link will navigate you to a page to enter the code.
Enter the verification code in the Inn-Flow site.
Enter and confirm a new password per the password criteria.
Once the password is entered and confirmed, it will redirect you to the login page where you will need to enter your credentials again.
Still having issues receiving the reset code?
• If receiving via email, check your Junk or Spam folder, as most email platforms route these messages there.
• If you're resetting this for an employee, check the employee's profile to confirm the correct Email and Phone Number have been entered.
