PEP PMS Audit Export Format Change — Import Workaround

PEP PMS has updated its audit file format. The header row has shifted from row 8 to row 10 due to two additional rows inserted above it. Inn-Flow's import tool expects the header on row 8, so files imported with the new format are currently being rejected.

Workaround

In the meantime, you can continue importing the files by manually correcting the report format. Please update all three reports by following the steps below:

1. Delete rows 8 and 9 from each report.
2. After deleting these rows, the header should appear on row 8.
3. Repeat the same changes for all three reports.
4. Once the files have been updated, you can import the DAE using the revised files.

We are aware of this change and our development team is actively working to update the import process to support PEP PMS's new export format. We will provide updates as they are available.
