You can create individual accounts for each team member. InnFlow Procurement automatically sends each user an email invitation with login instructions. Permissions are assigned by role:
1. "User": Basic purchasing access including place orders, optimize cart, order guides, connect vendors, assign GL codes, and access Dashboard & Reports.
2. "Property Administrator": Expanded administrative permissions including all User access plus blacklist products, edit budgets, and approve orders.
3. "Full Access": Complete system access including all Property Administrator access plus manage properties, manage users, and set spend limits.
