Each hotel or property in Inn-Flow must be matched to a corresponding company in Netchex via the Company ID. This ensures users and time data are routed correctly during sync.
Why It Matters: If the Company ID in Inn-Flow does not match the Company Code in Netchex, user sync and payroll exports will fail.
Steps to Prevent the Issue:
Go to Administration > Entities
Select the Hotel
Click into the Subscriptions Tab
Expand the Labor Management Subscription
Locate the "Company ID" field.
Enter the exact Company Code from Netchex for that property.
Tip: Ask your Netchex implementation manager to confirm all Company Codes before entering them in Inn-Flow.
