SynXis Property Hub Auto Email Report Instructions

 

Inn-Flow requires these 5 reports from SynXis Property Hub for auto-import:

To set these up to be emailed nightly, please follow the below instructions exactly:

 

1. Revenue Recap

  1. Reports – Accounting – Revenue Recap
  2. Set the criteria as below and click Subscribe
  3. Under Report Options and Scheduling Options, set the criteria as below

 

 

 

d. In Inn-Flow, go to Administration, > Entities > Import Email Addresses to find the email address to use for setup.

e. Subject = change to Inn-Flow hotel ID

f. Attachment format = Excel (.xlsx)

g. Schedule details = Daily

h. Daily Subscription = check all days

i. Time Zone UTC = update to United States, then select your time zone

j. Start time = recommended 4AM or 5AM, once night audit is completed

k. Click Save (upper left hand corner)

***Please Note, Subscriptions will be the same setup for the remaining 4 reports*

2. Transaction Totals Detail

  1. Reports – Accounting – Transaction Totals Detail
  2. Set the criteria as below and click Subscribe
  3. Use the same criteria from the first report to update the Email Address, Subject, Attachment Format and the Scheduling Options.
  4. Click Save

  2. Set the criteria as below and click Subscribe
  3. Use the same criteria from the first report to update the Email Address, Subject, Attachment Format and the Scheduling Options.
