*PMS Integration must be activated by Inn-Flow first. Please contact Support to activate your property for the correct PMS Integration option.*
PEP Support is able to do this if you're transitioning or new to the PEP PMS. If they set this up for you, ensure they setup the Final Audit V2 Report, and set this the time the reports are emailed to a time when you know audit will be ran, like 4:00am or 5:00am.
You will need your hotel's specific email address, which can be found under Administration / Entities / Select your entity then the Email Address tab. If you do not have access to this page, please contact your corporate office or manager to pull this for you.
To complete the automatic PEP night audit import, follow the steps below:
Log into PEP
Go into Operations / Reports
Then select Reports Scheduler on the left
Then select Add Queue on the top right
In the pop-up, make the selections below:
Type: Combined
Shift Type: Customer Report Queue
Do not need to turn on the Auto printing
Name: InnFlow Import
Code: IFI
Export Type: File
Then select Add Queue
Then in the Report Scheduler, select by clicking on the report you just setup called InnFlow Import
In the next settings:
Turn on the Enable Schedule toggle
For the Date, pick tomorrow’s date
For the Time, select a time when Night Audit will be ran by, like 5:45am for example
Offset Type should be DAILY
Subject: Enter your Hotel Name
Email: Pick the Hotel PMS Address provided, xxxxx-pms@inn-flow.net
Then select Add Reports
For the Final Audit V2 report:
Select the Report Type: Static
Select Report: Final Audit
Export Type: Excel
Select Next
In the report settings Date, select today-1 then Add
For the next report:
Report Type: Dynamic
Select Report: Hotel Statistics
Export Type: Excel
Page Layout: Portrait
Select Next
Report settings Date, select today-1 then Add
For the next report:
Report Type: Dynamic
Select Report: Market Segment Summary
Export Type: Excel
Page Layout: Portrait
Select Next
Report settings Date, select DATE_FROM today-1 to DATE_TO today-1 then Add
Select Save on the top right
This should complete the setup. If you get stuck, or the files do not import the next day, please contact PEP Support to ensure the setup for auto emailed reports was completed correctly.
Once this is setup, please contact Inn-Flow Support via Chat or Support@Inn-Flow.com so we can complete the mapping of the imported data to the current Inn-Flow codes.
